This Air Jordan 11 Low IE was said to be worn by NBA referees back in 1996 because they were only allowed to wear all black kicks during the season.
That’s where the nickname “Referee” comes from…Dressed in a full Black upper, we can see that this Air Jordan 11 uses a combination of leather and suede throughout with True Red detailing appearing on the carbon fiber plate, the Jumpman on the tongue and the outsole.
